Why Cub Club Needs Your Information

Cub Club processes your personal data to contact you by phone if you request it, and/or to reach you in writing if you cannot be reached by phone. Additionally, Cub Club may use your personal data as part of the execution of an agreement, typically involving swimming lessons.

Personal Data Processed

Cub Club may collect and process the following personal data when you use its services or provide this information via a contact form:

• Your first and last name

• Your child's first and last name

• Your child's date of birth

• Your child's gender

• Your address details

• Your phone number

• Your email address

• Your IBAN (for direct debit payments)

• Your IP address

How Long Cub Club Keeps Data

Cub Club retains your personal data no longer than strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. In compliance with Dutch law, certain administrative records must be kept for 7 years (the fiscal retention obligation). After the termination of your agreement with Cub Club, your data will be retained no longer than 7 years.

Sharing Data with Third Parties

Cub Club only shares your personal data with third parties if necessary to execute an agreement with you or to comply with legal obligations. Upon entering into an agreement, your data will be shared with Sporttimea for managing your Sporttime account.

Website Visitor Tracking

Cub Club’s website collects general visitor data, such as your computer's IP address, the time of access, and browser information. This data is used to analyze visitor behavior and improve website functionality. The data is anonymized as much as possible and not shared with third parties.

Google Analytics

Cub Club uses Google Analytics to track website usage and assess the effectiveness of Google AdWords advertisements. The information collected, including your IP address, is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google may share this data with third parties if legally required or if third parties process the information on its behalf. Cub Club has not given Google permission to use Analytics data for other Google services.

Access, Modify, or Delete Your Data

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to data portability. To submit a request for access, correction, deletion, or data transfer, contact info@cubclub.nl. Cub Club will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within 4 weeks.

Cub Club takes the protection of your data seriously and implements appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, or unwanted disclosure. The Cub Club website uses a certified SSL certificate to ensure the security of your privacy and data.
