General information

No cry policy

At Cub Club, we believe learning to swim should be joyful and never intimidating. It's natural for babies and toddlers to cry, whether they’re tired, cold, or just not in the mood. If your child becomes upset during a lesson, it’s okay to take a moment. Simple, playful games can help gently reintroduce them without pressure. And please don’t feel embarrassed, crying is normal.

Booking & Payment

Lessons are offered in 10-week blocks, called "courses." After booking the course for the first time I will automatically enroll children every 10 weeks, and you will get an email comfirmation about this. Payment is made via bank transfer or via the link in the comfirmation email.

Missed a class? Here's how makeups work

If you can’t attend, you can cancel your lesson up to 1 hour before class via your Sportimea account. When cancelled ontime, you’ll receive one makeup credit in your account. Makeup lessons can be booked in available open spots within a 7-day window. You can store up to 5 makeup credits at a time. Missed or unused classes are not refundable and have no cash value. If you decide to stop swimming, any leftover makeups will be removed from your account.
